When should COMPAR-ER be used?
COMPAR-ER is particularly suitable for:

What does a COMPAR-ER report contain?
Each report presents:
● A clear graphical summary of each profile
● Dominant qualities
● Action verbs that reveal the candidate’s energy
● Points to watch out for or question
What data is COMPAR-ER based on?
COMPAR-ER is based on data from the ZOOM-ER personality test. It also uses certain dimensions that are not directly visible in the ZOOM-ER report, such as elements of cognitive, emotional, or relational structure that are useful for quick comparison.
What is the difference between ZOOM-ER and COMPAR-ER?
ZOOM-ER allows for in-depth analysis of a profile. COMPAR-ER is a comparative summary of several profiles. They are complementary:
● ZOOM-ER = depth of analysis
● COMPAR-ER = speed of comparison
How many profiles can I compare?
Between 2 and 6 profiles per COMPAR-ER. Beyond that, it is recommended to perform several separate COMPAR-ERs.
Do I need training to use COMPAR-ER?
No. COMPAR-ER is designed to be intuitive and ready to use after a short introduction. The ZOOM-ER training session (1.5 hours) is sufficient to fully understand the elements being compared.
What is the connection with ZOOM-ER?
COMPAR-ER is generated from ZOOM-ER reports. Therefore, each candidate must have completed the FARO questionnaire beforehand.
What are the prerequisites and fees?
● 1 ZOOM-ER credit per candidate
● 3 credits to generate the COMPAR-ER
The report is delivered immediately. It provides a comparison of fundamental elements and a visual aid to facilitate comparison for recruiters without managerial responsibility.
For example, if you request a COMPAR-ER including 4 candidates, the total cost will be:
4 ZOOM-ER (4 credits) + COMPAR-ER (3 credits) = 7 credits in total.
The credit rate is directly affected by your subscription choice.
