What if I have several hierarchical levels to analyze?
PROFIL-ER works with homogeneous management groups.
You can generate a report for each level:
● OM (Operational Managers)
● CM (Cross-functional Managers)
● MM (Managers of Managers)
● EC (Executive Committee)
This ensures that the report reflects the realities on the ground.
How many managers can be included in a PROFIL-ER?
Each PROFIL-ER can include up to 50 managers per hierarchical level.

What is the cost of a PROFIL-ER?
You will need Assess Manager credits, depending on the number of participants and groups. Example:
11 credits per manager
20 credits per group analyzed
👉 For a PROFILE-ER for 40 managers, divided into two hierarchical levels:
440 credits (40 x 11) + 40 credits (2 x 20) = 480 credits

Can trainers use the results directly?
Yes. The PROFIL-ER report is designed to be used:
● By HR teams who manage the training plan
