PROFIL-ER TRAINING PLAN analyzes MANAG-ER results (and ZOOM-ER as support) for a group of 10 or 100 managers.
By grouping managers by responsibility level (operational, cross-functional, of managers, management), it highlights managers’ training priorities and managerial culture. What if I have several hierarchical levels to analyze?

PROFIL-ER works with homogeneous management groups.
You can generate a report for each level:

OM (Operational Managers)

CM (Cross-functional Managers)

MM (Managers of Managers)

EC (Executive Committee)

This ensures that the report reflects the realities on the ground.

How many managers can be included in a PROFIL-ER?

Each PROFIL-ER can include up to 50 managers per hierarchical level.

What is the cost of a PROFIL-ER?

You will need Assess Manager credits, depending on the number of participants and groups. Example:
11 credits per manager

20 credits per group analyzed

👉 For a PROFILE-ER for 40 managers, divided into two hierarchical levels:
440 credits (40 x 11) + 40 credits (2 x 20) = 480 credits

The ORANGE subscription perfectly meets this need, with remaining credits for your recruitment, assessments, or support activities.

Can trainers use the results directly?

Yes. The PROFIL-ER report is designed to be used:
