TEAM BUILDER is a collective analysis tool that reveals the underlying dynamics of a team based on the soft skills of its members. It uses the results of the ZOOM-ER test to visually map the strengths, complementarities, potential tensions, and levers for change within a group.

In what situations should TEAM BUILDER be used?

TEAM BUILDER is particularly suited to:

● Preparing or facilitating a team-building seminar

● Promoting team cohesion in a context of transformation, merger, or new management

● Understanding and harmonizing interactions within a project team

● Supporting a manager in taking charge of a new team

● Debriefing the ZOOM-ER tests collectively and bringing out team intelligence

Can TEAM BUILDER be used during a seminar?

Yes, that is one of its most common uses. TEAM BUILDER is an excellent tool for team building workshops, training sessions, or group coaching. It helps to open up dialogue, raise awareness of group dynamics, defuse certain tensions, and make better use of complementary skills.

What does a TEAM BUILDER report contain?

Two formats are available:

An immediate graphical report, with visualization of profiles on several axes (emotions, relationships, stress management, creativity, etc.)

A detailed analytical report, delivered within 24 to 72 hours, which identifies the team’s major trends, areas of support, and points of vigilance, with expert commentary

What questions can be explored with TEAM BUILDER?

The analysis provides answers to key questions such as:

● What are this team’s dominant talents?

● Why do certain tensions keep recurring?

● Is this team more action-oriented, reflective, or cooperative?

What are the prerequisites?

To obtain a TEAM BUILDER:

● Each team member must complete the FARO Questionnaire

● The TEAM BUILDER report costs 10 credits per report

Should participants be trained beforehand?

No. No training prerequisites are necessary for team members. If the workshop is led by a coach or trainer, a brief introduction to the ZOOM-ER report is recommended in order to fully exploit the workshop’s potential.

What is the ideal size for using TEAM BUILDER?

The tool is designed for teams of 6 people. Beyond that, it is possible to group employees into homogeneous sub-teams to carry out several TEAM BUILDERS. This ensures clear and actionable results.

Can TEAM BUILDER be combined with other tools?

Yes. TEAM BUILDER works in conjunction with ZOOM-ER (individual) and can be used after a PROFIL-ER assessment (group training plan for managers) or as an extension of a TRAIN-ER program (management training). It also feeds into group training sessions on communication, stress management, and cooperation.

How much does it cost?
