What is the ZOOM-ER personality test?

Assess Manager’s ZOOM-ER is a personality test focused on soft skills. It provides a detailed, nuanced, and multi-referential reading of a person’s strengths, limitations, and behavioral dynamics.
It combines several personality models (Transactional Analysis, Big Five, HBDI, Karpman Triangle, etc.) to provide a 360° view, without ever pigeonholing an individual.

Assess Manager’s ZOOM-ER analyzes seven major areas:

1. Overall summary: summary of personality, strengths, areas for improvement.

2. Reflection & Emotions: way of thinking, managing emotions, balance.

3. Results, Relationships, Conflicts: relationship to performance, others, tensions.

4. Confidence, Control, Stress: attitude towards uncertainty and stress.

How long does the ZOOM-ER test take?

The test is based on the FARO questionnaire (approximately 25 minutes). The ZOOM-ER report is generated immediately after the questionnaire is completed.

Yes. Three formats are available depending on your needs:

3. ZOOM-ER SHARE : candidate version.

Do I need to study personality to use ZOOM-ER?

We recommend a short training course (1.5 hours) to master the subtleties of reading and strengthen your impact.
The training course is accessible from your account, and included in the subscription of your choice.

If you do not wish to undergo training, you can opt for other products in the Assess Manager range, which use ZOOM-ER for specific purposes: understanding motivational drivers, validating suitability for a position, etc.

Do you need training to use ZOOM-ER?

Yes, it is highly recommended.

ZOOM-ER is an expert test. To master its interpretation and exploit its full potential, we offer a 1.5-hour training course (online or in person). This is included in certain subscriptions.

Only the ZOOM-ER and MANAG-ER √3 tests require training. The other products in the Assess Manager range can be used without specific prior training..
